Happy Hounds was established in June 2004 by Michelle Richards. After working in the corporate world for 12 years, Michelle decided to finally follow her passion - dogs.
After touring many doggie daycare facilities and meeting with other daycare owners, Michelle developed what she believed to be the “best of the best” and opened Happy Hounds.
Michelle is pictured here with her two Labrador Retrievers. Carrera and Cayenne. Both are AKC Canine Good Citizens and Delta Society Therapy Dogs. Michelle’s beloved Rottweiler, Jade, is the logo for Happy Hounds. Jade was also a AKC Canine Good Citizen and a therapy dog.

Private Lessons: $90 at your home
All training class fees are non-refundable
